On 2008, a new election for Board of Directors and Atty. Ricarido D. Gonzalez was elected as President of Northern Mindanao Colleges, Inc. until present. He is the 12th School president succeeding Mr. George C. Cabrera.

Engr. Manuel A. Rodriguez was the Chairman and President of Northern Mindanao Colleges, Inc. in 2001 - 2002. And in 2008, he was elected as a member of Board of Directors, he held the position of Internal Auditor up to this day.

He was elected as a member of Board of Directors, he held the position of Corporate Secretary up to this day.
